Clean rooms with a fun vibe, and the game room was a hit for the kids. The walls are thin, so it gets noisy at night.

The room at Tru By was pretty basic - no ironing facilities, which was a bit inconvenient as I like to freshen up my clothes. The heating and air conditioning worked well, keeping the room at a comfortable temperature. The lack of garden furniture was a bummer as I enjoy sitting outside. The flat-screen TV was a nice touch for some evening entertainment. I found the curtains in the room to be a bit flimsy and didn't do a great job of blocking out the light in the morning. Unfortunately, there was no dry cleaning service available, so I had to make do with what I had. Housekeeping did a decent job overall, but there were a few missed spots that could have been cleaner. One thing that stood out was the lack of shops or commercial services nearby, making it challenging to grab any essentials I may have forgotten. Despite these shortcomings, the staff was polite, but not overly friendly. I also felt that the price was a bit high for what was offered in terms of amenities. my stay at Tru By had its ups and downs. The cozy bed was a highlight, but the lack of storage and amenities made it a less than ideal experience. Hopefully, they can address some of these issues to improve the satisfaction.

The game room with a pool table was a nice touch; my kids had fun playing there. No coffee in the room was disappointing, and the fridge was noisy. Decent breakfast and clean rooms overall.

The room was spacious, providing a sense of comfort, but lacked basic amenities like a microwave and coffee pot. Nice, thick curtains effectively blocked out all light, promoting restful sleep. the floor felt sticky, which detracted from the overall comfort, and my feet got dirty. The bed was comfortable, but I had issues with no hot water and no response from the front desk regarding these concerns. Temperature control worked well, and the noise level was surprisingly low despite being near a main highway. Cleanliness could have been improved, especially the sheets.

The breakfast is delicious, and the staff is super friendly. The design is cute with fun colors and everything is clean!
The noise from other rooms can be a bit much.

I was really disappointed with the pet fee. Charging $75 for my tiny 5-pound dog felt excessive. More frustrating was the lack of friendly staff—a little warmth goes a long way in customer service. It just didn’t feel welcoming.

Checking in felt effortless, thanks to the welcoming staff. The room was impressively clean, with thoughtful touches like ample hooks and a spacious shower. Breakfast was decent, and the pancake machine was a fun surprise. the bed left something to be desired—it wasn’t as comfortable as I hoped. The location was convenient, but a pet fee caught me off guard. On top of that, a bit more attention to detail in housekeeping would elevate the experience significantly. Despite these shortcomings, it’s worth considering for a quick stop.

The room was super clean and comfy. The staff were all nice and even helped me out with a toothbrush when I lost mine. Breakfast was tasty, and lots of fast food places nearby made it easy to grab a bite. Just wish they had faster internet without a charge.

Delightful hotel, perfect for weary travelers. The ambiance shines—clean, open, and bright. Impressive staff; one familiar face from last year speaks volumes. The breakfast stood out—abundant and satisfying. Eco-conscious touches like vinyl flooring? Brilliant. The tech is futuristic—who knew pancakes could be made with a wave? a few hiccups surfaced—a $75 pet fee, not adequately disclosed, feels steep. Housekeeping missed some crumbs that my dog found. Pillow discomfort hindered sleep. North of the hotel, the surroundings aren't particularly inviting, and dining options are limited—aspects for improvement. But, the positives outweigh the negatives. This place deserves recognition. Worth a visit, just with tempered expectations.

The rooms were clean and cozy, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The staff went above and beyond to help with anything we needed, which made our stay nice.
It was a bit pricey, but honestly, worth every penny.

Breakfast was decent, not bad at all. The place sat close to I-95, which made it easy peasy to hit the road the next day. Value for money was on point. Staff was chill too, no complaints there. It was aight.
Man, where's the caffeine? No coffee maker in the room was a straight-up buzzkill.

The beds were like sleeping on clouds! The fenced patio was perfect for my little one to run free while I soaked in some much-needed relaxation. The friendly staff and delicious breakfast made our stay feel like home!
Couldn't recommend more! 😊❤️

The breakfast was terrific with a variety of options and a cool pancake making machine. The location right off the highway made it easy to find after a long drive. The hotel had a minimalist design which I found refreshing and the staff was welcoming and lovely.
I was charged a high pet fee for my small dog at $75, which I felt was excessive. Some staff members could have been friendlier and more attentive to guest needs at times.

The historic charm, vibrant museums, and lively festivals made us feel like time travelers. The cobblestone streets were the perfect backdrop for creating lasting memories together.
My wife says that a children's play area would be a fantastic addition.

This hotel is super convenient being just off the highway making it so easy to access after a long drive and it's close to some great spots like Arnette Park which is just over 3 km away for a leisurely stroll and Crown Center is just under 7 km which is perfect for a day out exploring and there are also plenty of fast food options like Burger King and Taco Bell just a short walk away to grab a quick bite after a busy day but the cleanliness of the room could be better since we noticed some dog hair on the floor.

I enjoyed the free 'Top It' breakfast bar with a variety of options. The lobby was my favorite spot, with quirky snacks and wine available. The 24-hour fitness center was perfect for burning off breakfast calories.
Soft pillows were just too unbearable for my royal head.

We hit up Downtown Fayetteville - it was so dope walking on those cobblestone streets, feeling those historic vibes. The arts and museums were lowkey cool, and the festival atmosphere had us hyped up the whole time. Definitely a must-visit spot for a chill time with the crew.
Yo, it would've been even sicker if there was a rad nightclub or party spot nearby for us young bloods to keep the vibe going after exploring the town. 🎉.

The fitness room was adequate, and the pool table was neat. The room had excellent light-blocking curtains.
Felt free to seek any assistance, no reason to complain.

i loved the layout of the place. the lounge area was cool and relaxed with a pool table for late night playing or an outside patio to hang out on. the building is fairly new and you can tell by how spotless the staff keep the place. the entire place is very nicely styled and comfy and offers many amenities and has a comfy feeling to the lobby and lounge areas on the first floor. the breakfast offered was also very good and had many things to choose from, and their 24 hr coffee bar was also nice. i liked the very new and modern hotel and equally modern and comfy rooms. the staff member at the nighttime check-in was warm and friendly and made our check-in fluid.
Nothing all excellent 👍
